The project was designed in (2) Phases. First, build a large addition to maximize the function of the existing home. Second, construct an attached 1,200 SF ADU to allow for a (3) family house-hold to live in the same building. The project includes a total of (6) bedrooms, (3) bathrooms and (2) living rooms and maximizes the buildable area on the existing lot.
