Are you ready to start the building process? Whether it’s an addition, guest house, block wall or just a row of hedges, knowing what, where and how to get it done is crucial. That’s where the Site Development Report (SDR) comes in. We utilize publicly available satellite imagery and GIS maps and data to produce a Site Plan what the property boundaries and what’s on it.
We don’t stop there though. With a Site Plan drawn we then delve deep into the zoning and local ordinances to identify and assess setbacks, allowable lot coverage, site restrictions, easements (if available) and present all of this onto Architectural D format sheets (24x36) that can be printed, sketched on, or delivered to our design team or design professional of your choice to begin the design process.

While the SDR is thorough, it is not exhaustive. Without having a proposed design to present to the local Planning Department it’s not feasible to get ALL possible requirements as each property and project type will need to abide by different codes and ordinances. Landscaping requirements and HOA restrictions, for example, should also be considered but are not included in this scope of service.
This service takes 5-7 business days to complete.

Local codes and amendments ultimately govern in all cases. The client is obligated to verify all findings with the local planning or building department prior to design or construction.
